Make me an exercise routine? - design a calisthenics routine

In do not want to look like master. Olympic-performing one aspect of the muscle mass.

Draw me a routine

Simply go to school at the age of gymnastics (lizards, sit-ups) and some weight loops and execution. A gymnasium is not available for me.
